Broken bottle of olive oil covering everything in the same bag, really banged up cans and in the end a large screw inserted into the cardboard. I can only rate the full experience and these problems probably comes from the courier. I still had a lot of items covered in oil though.

Vico super consigliato!

We ordered from Vico already a few times and the experience is always great! You can choose from a variety of products, there are discounts every week, and the customer service is quick and supportive. I love that sometimes I find a small gift into the box, it shows appreciation and care. Super consigliato!!

Perfect

I ordered twice from Vico and the food has always arrived in good conditions. I also got a small free product as a gift which is always appreciated. The prices are very good for quality and they always have some promo's going on.I didn't get a chance to contact customer service as there was no need; you can track the parcel very easily and I haven't had any problems with that.

I ordered products from Vico Food Box, and the delivery was very fast. Everything arrived carefully and professionally packed — even the glass items were perfectly protected and nothing was damaged during transportation.While preparing the order, they informed me in advance about the unavailable items and immediately issued a refund. I really appreciate such an attentive and honest approach to customers.I haven’t tried everything yet, but the risotto was absolutely delicious! The packaging is very convenient — perfect for one dinner. It’s great both for home and for trips. The rum baba fully met our expectations — soft and flavorful. The cheese was also very interesting and tasty.The prices are excellent 👌We placed the order together with several colleagues from work, and I’m sure the number of orders will only grow.Thank you for the quality products and great service!
