Professional and efficient - responding quickly to any queries we had. Cannot fault them! And looking forward to returning to purchase our thank you cards.
Couldn't fault this company at all!We have been using them for a well over a year to order multiple samples and now for the finished invitations. They are beautifully done and had so many compliments. We designed ourselves and used the printing service they offer and purchased the pocket folds from them. 100% recommend to anyone. Absolutely amazing service and quality. A pleasure to deal with for all our wedding stationery and handled a couple of last minute tweaks with no issues. A lot of guests specifically mentioned how nice the invites and orders of ceremony were.
The customer service with this company has been amazing! They communicated well with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted for our place cards. We had menu options on the back and when one of our guests asked to change their dessert option they happily switched it for us! They even sent a mock up of what they would look like on our wedding table. Definitely recommend!
After spending a long time trying to find the right company to use for our wedding invitations, I came across Vintage Prints. I was so grateful for the time and patience Becca and Julie had when we were drafting the invitations. I had a bespoke invite and sent them an inspiration picture of the flower I wanted to use on our invitations which had sentimental meaning to me. They took that inspiration and made it even more beautiful. I wasn’t sure what was necessary on day and evening invites but Becca and Julie were fantastic and knew exactly what I either meant or needed on the invites. Having mind readers when you are spinning multiple plates planning a wedding is a must 🤣 it’s amazing to have people in your corner taking weight off of your shoulders! I’d sent a few amendments and it didn’t matter what I asked for, they had no issue in helping me. They were kind and genuinely cared about the quality of the product. They check you are absolutely happy with your final version before sending and have excellent attention to detail. I now have my day and evening invites and ready to send but I’ve been itching to leave them a review from the moment I received my draft! Vintage Prints have a healthy balance of being professional but also speaking to you like an old friend. What I expected to be a burden, ended up being one of my favourite projects throughout my journey of wedding planning. I got excited every time I saw an email from them! They are cost friendly and a family run business and I will absolutely recommend them to anybody getting married. Vintage Prints - you are AMAZING. Having been let down by another firm, I ordered menu cards on a Friday evening and they were delivered on the following Tuesday (although we did pay for the order to be expedited and courier delivered) but to turn this around in 2 working days is amazing.The cards were perfect.
These guys are the best. Unrivalled quality, blended with the highest professional standards. We came to Vintage Prints after a huge let down (4 weeks before our wedding) needing basically everything and having explained our situation, it felt like they gave us a supreme service, but it’s their standard.
