Ordered Monday Eve and was at my home that Friday. Front bumper for jeep jk is as advertised.everything lined up for a perfect fit all around. How they sell so low & shipping is free amazes me.Was concerned about the made in China but no worries ! I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied !!
Thanks placed an order for this product for my 2013 Range Rover Sport. The part was back ordered and had to wait for a bit. I was unaware of this and sent an email to customer service and they got back to me stating it was back filled. A few days later the item was shipped. A few tips to people installing this on their cars: 1. Make sure all parts are included. 2. Research or watch YouTube on how to install as you’ll need to cut both sides of the trim to fit the car. Find out where to make the cuts. 3. I would first make sure the footrests are fit to the brackets before you finalized placing the plastic screw tips in. Overall great product at a great price.
Placed an order for floor mats on 4/15/22. The order was "cancelled by sender" on 4/16/22.No explanation was given for the cancellation.Sent a request for explanation on 4/18/22.Will update this review when/if I receive a reply.
Purchased a light bar for a Jeep Wranger great price but you get what you pay for started flickering in less than 3 months. I purchased through Amazon but was outside the return window but they advised me the product was still under warranty though the manufacturer. I contacted them. They wanted screenshots of my Amazon order claimed they couldn't find it sent video of the faulty product they kept sending me back to Amazon they did not stand my their warranty or their product. Told me my screen shots were USLESS!! Finally Amazon did a 1 time courtesy and refunded me my money will purchase from someone else. Will not deal with this company ever again. I asked them to call me several times but they would only email me. Cowards!!
I ordered a cat convertor for my daughters Toyota solara. Shipping time was good. There were 3 fitment issues with it and it would not work without quite a bit of fab work. After a few emails with pictures and explanations, Yitamotor issued a full refund. I would not be afraid to do business with them again.
