Straight after we paid for the visa the message was sent to us that the y are on holiday for a week, and no contact should be madeAfter the arrival of the visa they didn’t send the link with the original email from the government and the decision was copy and paste with a different date for each customerAfter that when I asked one question they said if you want to book our services you have to pay more moneyI do not recommend their services

I came across Naveed and Z R Visas by searching on Google following needing to apply for a Spouse Visa for my American wife. Naveed could not have been more accommodating and patient with us as we had a slightly complicated application process due to me being self-employed quite recently. The price we paid compared to some other quotes I received was very reasonable, and there were no hidden charges even when our application process dragged out for longer than anticipated. Naveed was always available for our calls and got back to our emails really quickly. We were quite nervous about applying but Naveed reassured us the whole way and ultimately got us the decision we wanted. We were given a clear process about the way to apply which would give us the best chance of getting the visa, it was thorough and Naveed held our hand with a lot of back and forth to make sure the application exactly explained our relationship. To summarise, I could not recommend Z R visas more and will absolutely be using Naveed when we come to apply for our visa extension. My application was done very quickly by ZR visas. After a year later my application completed, I was eligible for a IHS refund so I contacted ZR visas about the refund and they helped me with refund and send me the money with receipt. There are very trustworthy. I'm very happy with their service❤️
