I ordered a model kit on the 11th Jan 21 and have not received it, it is now 1st Feb 21.I have emailed/messaged using the website, twice and I called the telephone no' on the website only to receive a recorded message in French, to request my money for the kit and postage to be returned to my account. I have not heard back from them. The kit has not been picked up by Hermes. I will be looking into reporting this company to trading standards. I am not very happy.
