Initially, this operation appeared very appealing. However, it quickly became clear that the company isn’t legitimate. I don't understand how others are claiming positive results. I signed up for a trial and was charged $199 after a month, which I was not aware of. But after being charged, I can only access a checklist—something I already received at the beginning of the trial, despite promises of much more content.Upon further investigation, I saw an offer for a "lifetime membership" at $79, then a monthly charge of $199. How does a "lifetime" membership come with a monthly fee? I would understand if there was some mistake on my part, but they simply don’t respond. A customer service representative named "Jen" emailed me a receipt, and then I received an auto-reply to my inquiry, but nothing since that point.At this point, I have no choice but to contact my bank to dispute the charge since I can’t access the promised content. STAY AWAY—this is not a legitimate business model!
