I also couldn't tell if it incorporated my car loan interest from this year or not after it asked me to provide that information.
There were also several misspellings across the site in prompts. For example, principal was spelled as "principial."
Most of all, this company was listed as a free file resource on the IRS free file website. I got all the way through my taxes before becoming aware that was a lie.
