So the second review that I posted about this ville app they removed it cause I called them sc..... all of u know what I mean.But I just want to know something from this ville app.How much a customer of youres needs to loose till u let him win some back?I dont know about the others players but since I started playing this app no matter what game,no matter what stake they never let me win nothing. I spoke with a customer agent from them called Chris and literally in my 20 years of experience I've never saw such a bad customer support like him.Today is the second day in a row when I play and literally nothing. I played 60£ lost 38 and they gave me win spins till i got back up to 70 (I know that should of been my time to redraw but we all know that nobody will do that) so i went on another game and literally from those 70£ i lost it all,plus deposit another 20 on top and ofcours nothing not even 5£ back.what is shocking to me is the fact that from 90£ spent they showed me the bonus game around 5 times but never gave it and literally the highest win that I had was 3,50£ on a spin.Yesterday exactly the same like today so literally im sorry to say buy now u just went on top spot and u lot are nr 1 on my list with apps that I WONT RECOMMEND TO NOBODY AND THATS DEFINITELY THAT IM NOT PLAYING NO MORE ON THIS APP. So far in 2 months since I signed up I lost around 600 or 700 totally and I did redraw once 60£ but that was what I deposit and I took them out because I was sure I will lose them and I said no,il rather take it out,but in rest never never redraw with this guys cause they don't let u win nothing.I know they will reply and say sorry ,u just not lucky and stuff like that but honestly I don't belive them cause literally is no sense,im 100% that they are doing it and now I'm sure that all those negative reviews are true and I still believe that those good reviews are faked and done by people that have friends working for that company.I literally dont understand how u want to keep customers when u dont give back nothing cause sorry Chris but after losing 50£ u give 20£ back that's not considered a win mate.STAY PEOPLE AWAY FROM THIS APP. Hopefully this review they will allow it but I'm 99% they won't
