I had a terrible experience with 12go-Asia. Despite booking well in advance (in February!!!) for a trip from Bangkok to Chiang Mai on July 27th, they failed to honor our reservation, causing immense inconvenience and frustration.The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by 12go-Asia is unacceptable. Our booking was not processed correctly, resulting in a complete disruption of our travel plans. Their lack of accountability and poor communication only added to the problem.I strongly advise caution when considering 12go-Asia for travel services.
