Thanks for your guidance and tips for using the product. ****Bought the builder gel kit which came with 2 gels. Both were extremely thick which made it difficult to place a slip layer. Customer service suggested placing the bottle in warm water to help loosen it. It worked slightly better but I shouldn’t have to do that. The big issue for me is the difficulty removing the product - it’s virtually impossible to take off. I followed the video but it still took much, much longer than demonstrated to remove and even at that it’s not fully gone as I was reluctant to force it to avoid ruining my nails. This was a total waste of my money.
