I ordered the starter kit. The 7 way file and manual were missing. I emailed the company asking for them to be sent. They explained that they have recently replaced the file with a new one which I did receive but agreed to refund my order for the file I expected and associated delivery costs. I accessed the application videos online. I started with a light shimmer on my mother’s nails which was ok but I had to cure for longer than stated despite using thin layers as the nails remained tacky even after the top coat application. I used mocha on myself. This first colour coat was tricky to apply is it pooled at the edges or would not go into the edges. They advise using a finer brush for edge application in their video. The second coat was better but brush fibers were coming from the brush and stivking to my nails. They have sent me a replacement varnish as this is unexpected. Customer service was very positive.
