I love the product and how easy it is to use but I use BIAB which requires you to use the Pro gels and I feel they are very limited in the colours for the pro gel line compared to the HEMA free. I have also had a few experiences of the colours I bought being jelly or completely see through when they don't state this in the description and don't appear that way on the website. When I have reviewed a colour to say this and put a 1 star the review doesn't appear although reviews I provide with 5 star always appear.I also feel they are very bad at coming back to you when you have a question on something. You typically get ignored on social media in particular.All this being said, I really love the brand and i have recommended it to both friends and family, but I just wish they provided more colours and were a bit more accurate with the photos and descriptions.Edit: 14 day have all reviews available on website now and also seem to be adding realistic photos along with photos already available. Very handy to be able to see real users photos in reviews also!
