No response.January 19th 2023 - A reply from the enquiries specialist requesting photos of my condition. Still no response for a Newsletter.January 19th - Same day. Photos sent.January 20th - Email from enquiries specialist informing me my condition will be forwarded to a colleague for recommendation.January 24th - Email from Enquiries Specialist. She is awaiting on information from her colleague.The wait continues.....
