My vet said that he would work with Pet Meds to supply two of my dogs their important medications at a discount price. I signed up for Autoship and have received two orders from them with another one pending and each and every one has been a complete nightmare! Both dogs would have ended up with NO meds for several days except that I had to make emergency trips to my vet to pick up meds to tide me over until the order arrived. They are impossible to contact and according to my vet (who I trust completely) they are not contacted until at least a week after the meds run out! They also use the US postal service to ship their orders which is completely unreliable-tack on another three weeks of waiting for the meds because of it!
