It is now December 21st, and my request to withdraw 90,000 pesos has yet to be processed! I submitted the required documentation and was contacted by the payments team, who informed me that it was reviewed and accepted. However, they then requested a photo of me holding my ID, which I provided promptly. Despite my quick response, it takes them a full day to reply. When they finally did, I was told the image was too blurry and needed to be clearer. I've sent four additional images since the 18th and have not received any updates from their verification team! It feels like their finance team is incentivized to block withdrawals. Many of us gamblers often cancel withdrawals to continue playing with our winnings. I've since used other platforms and found the withdrawal process to be seamless and instant. The current management of the payments team here is severely lacking! One star—if possible, I would rate it -10 stars!
