I recently used 1Global’s eSIM service during my travel to Malaysia and Singapore and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite having sourced the service through Revolut, I faced significant issues with network connectivity. Meanwhile, a fellow traveler using an eSIM from another provider had no such problems.Upon contacting customer service, I was informed that there was no possible upgrade to a 5G network and that no compensation could be provided. While the representative was courteous and expressed understanding of my frustration, the overall response was unhelpful and did not resolve my issue.Given the poor network performance and the lack of satisfactory customer support, I cannot recommend 1Global’s eSIM service. If you're traveling to this region, it might be better to consider other providers.
