The dedication required, the training volume, and necessary lifestyle adjustments can be significant. Prior to engaging in self-promoting workshops, many initial discussions were focused on realigning expectations, which frequently resulted in drop-offs later on. The workshop format effectively addressed this issue. Participants had already been introduced to the comprehensive training plan, grasped the weekly training commitments, race schedules, and the level of discipline needed. Conversations felt more composed and practical, concentrating on compatibility rather than persuasion. While it isn’t a straightforward solution, which is why I rated it 4 stars, it clearly enhances lead quality and conserves time for everyone involved when tailored for a performance-focused area like Ironman preparation.
