If I could give a Zero Star I would. Worst customer service ever. Received a $2500 unit that did not work on the plane and batteries failed. Returned the unit for a full refund. Had the nerve to charge a restocking fee for the machine that could have killed my husband during the 6 hour flight. Filed a complaint with the BBB. They charge the restocking fee if you do not return in 5 days. Impossible if you receive it, use it, it fails and want to return it. Will never get back in 5 days. Terrible!
