Stole £460 after I cancelled – now only partial refund, still ignoring compensation

I signed up for 1to10x and immediately regretted it.
On 8th January 2026, I emailed to cancel. They confirmed in writing:
"Your application has been successfully cancelled. No further charges will be applied."
Then on 9th January they took £229.67 from my account.
On 12th January they took another £230.76.
Total stolen after confirmed cancellation: £460.43.
Update 18th February 2026:
They have now refunded £496.28 (appears on my statement as "1to10x usa debit card refund").
This confirms they admit the original charges were wrong.
But they still owe me:
£45.91 of what they originally stole (shortfall from the full £542.19)
£5,000 compensation for lost earnings (based on their own marketing claiming "$70,000–$100,000 entry salary"), plus distress, time theft, and deliberate misconduct
They are completely ignoring my compensation demand.
I am not alone.
