Now I’m left with 11 unopened boxes and no way to return them.When I got in touch, the response was cold and dismissive. No refund, no exchange, no support just blame. They pointed to my original email, twisting a simple quote request into a “confirmed quantity” so they could shift responsibility.It’s clear this company puts sales first and customer care last. If you make a purchase based on their advice and it goes wrong, they’ll throw you under the bus. This is NOT an honest mistake it’s a pattern of behaviour as others have left similar reviews.Go elsewhere. This ruthless company has zero accountability, and once they’ve taken your money, they won’t lift a finger to help.
