I wish I can give zero stars; I was using this service for almost 3+ years. I had experience issue with my device, and I reached they offer me a replacement, later I came to know they cancel my current contract, and it is a new contract, and I need to pay 295 euro for it a plenty. I said sorry I am returning your new device, just repair my device which is under warranty they said as far as you return you will be not charged and on return back, I was still charged, I reached for refund they refund 9.90 euro. And reaching the said it was a typing mistake we will refund it. It took 1 month for refund, and my device went for repair, it took 2 weeks, and it was not repaired, I had the same issue, upon reaching for third repair because I had one repair at the start of my contract. I got told they will contact me. I waited two weeks and called again. they told me they have issue internally and just disconnect the call without telling what to do. Now upon calling again, I came to know their internal system shows my phone is still in repairing, which means my device was never repair. If it was repaired, the question is there why it is not update in their system, there can be a mistake once or twice but, in my case, it seems I was mistaken to choose their service. I have written many emails and called almost more than 100 times. I have only one thing to do now because in 6 months my problem is not solved, go legally with them.
