Unprofessional staff, misleading service, refused refund

I purchased a duo boost that was advertised as “instant / ready in 2 minutes.” After waiting over an hour with no booster assigned, I requested a refund within 2 hours of purchase, which was well within their own policy, which states refunds are valid if no booster is assigned or service hasn’t started within 48 hours. They denied my refund anyway, claiming I was ineligible because a booster was assigned AFTER I had already requested the refund. To be clear: I never made use of the boost service at all, even after one was eventually assigned. At the time I canceled, no service had begun, which makes their denial completely unjustified.When I pressed further, communication became evasive and unprofessional. It feels like they are clinging to $20 at the expense of honesty and customer trust.In the end, I had to file a chargeback through my payment provider. My advice: avoid this service. It’s unprofessional, their promises are misleading, and they will fight you over even a $20 refund despite their own terms.Edit: Section 13.2 Users may request a refund for Virtual Services (Boosting) within 48 hours of purchase if no booster has been assigned or the service has not commenced. Refunds can be requested via Discord or live chat. The Service Provider is not liable to process refunds if the User does not fulfil the requirements outlined in section 10.5. This, however, is what "PEPE", their... Discord Admin... stated: "Your request will only be valid if you request a refund after 48h of no one claiming your order"This is quite clearly the opposite of what is stated on their Terms of Service. Truly one of the worst boosting sites out there.Edit 2: PEPE asked that I remove my review after stating that the refund would be applied "to [my] card or whatever". When I clarified that I would not remove my review, as it was a truthful experience with the brand, and would instead add an update after receiving my refund verifying that I have received it, radio silence. They issued me "store credit", which doesn't necessarily meet the legal definition of a refund, and have remained silent ever since. Don't do business with them.
