I would like to raise a complaint regarding a payment issue that has still not been resolved. 1 win id is 344724155
On 2 February, I made a payment of ₹50,000 to my gaming account on 1win. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and a 13-digit UTR (3078042395847) was generated for this transaction. However, the amount has not been credited to my 1win account.
I have already contacted 1win support multiple times. Initially, they were unable to locate the transaction, but later they confirmed that the request has been escalated to the payment provider for further investigation. My application number is PMNT-4650834, and the case is still showing as “in progress.”
Despite waiting for more than 10 days, I have not received any clear resolution. I have also raised a dispute with my bank, and they confirmed that the payment was successfully debited from my account.
I request that my 13-digit UTR transaction be properly traced and activated, and the amount of ₹50,000 be credited to my account without further delay.
If the amount has been received on the beneficiary side but not credited to my account, I request that the funds be either credited to my 1win account or returned to my bank account.
I expect a proper investigation and a clear resolution of this issue at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved, I will be forced to escalate it further with the appropriate authorities.
