On December 6th, my account was blocked. Since I can’t log in, I’m unable to request a withdrawal of over $8000, of which more than $5000 are my deposits. My several emails to the support team have gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed with this situation, as I have been a loyal client with a long history of placing bets. I did not violate any rules, and the account was solely used by me. I can provide any necessary proof for this. So be cautious, everyone. Your money may not be safe with this service!
