I feel compelled to caution others against using this service. They appear to be scammers who do not honor winnings. After making a deposit, my account was blocked. Despite providing all necessary documents and participating in a video conference, I was still locked out. Now, I can't access my account or retrieve my ID, as there has been no response from the support team, and the ID is only visible within my account.
