I made a deposit which was later cancelled, but I have still not received my refund. It has now been 47 days.
I submitted my bank statement as proof that the money was deducted from my account. Despite this, I keep receiving responses saying the payment provider did not receive the funds. However, the amount ₹10000 was clearly debited from my bank.
Waiting 47 days for a refund is completely unacceptable. The lack of proper resolution and clear communication is extremely disappointing.
I strongly urge the company to investigate this properly and return my money as soon as possible. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.
