Untrustworthy and poor customer service

My experience with 1WIN Canada was very disappointing. The platform is not transparent, withdrawals take too long, and customer support is unresponsive. It feels unsafe to trust them with money because the process is slow and unclear. I hope the company improves by providing faster withdrawals, better communication, and more reliable customer service.
