This behavior is both unacceptable and unprofessional, and I will not tolerate it further.In your initial response, you attributed the delay to “technical difficulties” with your payment provider, assuring me that this issue was under resolution. This explanation proved to be as empty as the subsequent excuses I received. Later, you claimed an “unusually high volume of inquiries” was impacting your legal department and offered yet another vague promise to “investigate.” However, these repeated assurances have amounted to nothing but false promises.The final breach of trust occurred when I attempted to escalate this through my VIP manager, only to be redirected back to email support—where my messages have since gone unanswered. Your “dedicated support” has utterly failed to provide any meaningful resolution, accountability, or even the courtesy of a transparent explanation. This ongoing lack of responsibility in handling such a straightforward matter demonstrates a shocking disregard for your customers.At this point, I am no longer willing to accept any further delays, deflections, or neglect. I demand immediate and unambiguous confirmation that my €935 refund is being processed and that no additional excuses will be provided.Failure to address this issue promptly and professionally will leave me no choice but to pursue all available avenues, including formal complaints to regulatory authorities, consumer protection agencies, and potential legal proceedings.
