I have been trying to withdraw my funds since 28 February, and after 45 days and over 57 emails, this is still unresolved.
The experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent:
I have submitted the requested verification documents multiple times
I have received conflicting information between live chat and email support
I have been told emails were sent that I never received
After weeks of delay, I was informed the withdrawal had been sent to a bank account and returned
I then provided an alternative account — which has already been used successfully for deposits and withdrawals before — yet the withdrawal is still being refused
There appears to be no internal communication between teams, and each response resets the process.
I have already escalated this matter to eCOGRA and also raised a complaint via Resolver, but the issue remains unresolved.
At this point, this is not just a delay — it is a prolonged failure to process a legitimate withdrawal.
I strongly advise others to think carefully before using this platform.
