After signing up and depositing I was playing a slots game, After triggering a bonus round I was receiving constant error messages, I re tried loading multiple times and was greeted with the same error.
I thought logging out and back in would work, I was unable to log back in.
I contacted customer support and was told they could see my “unfinished game” and would reset my email and I would receive an email in the coming days when this was done.
Almost a week later and nothing … The customer 24/7 chat often places you in a queue over 10 people long and takes hours to move.
I have given up. They can keep my money but I strongly advise anybody who had more foresight than me to take the reviews seriously. In hindsight I should have googled them.
Without a doubt the worst experience with a betting company I have ever had and the other reviews suggest the same.
