The most appalling betting company I’ve ever used to date. Set up an account and deposited £200 via ApplyPay from my bank and placed a few bets which returned £90 and won c£670 on a casino game.

Tried to withdraw funds back to my account and both withdrawals ‘failed’. I was asked to submit a bank statement which I did but was told October was out of date. Submitted Januarys statement and both withdrawals failed again.

I’ve given them a deadline to make payment or I’ll instruct a solicitor. Fortunately I have means to take this kind of action unlike other customers.

These people clearly make money by thinking people will be too afraid to submit sensitive information and give unjustified reasons for delaying withdrawals. Fortunately, I have friends at the gambling commission and have sent one of them all my correspondence to illustrate how appalling these people act with ‘customers’.

Stick to the major brands. In 2026, every other decent betting company returns withdrawals to your account in around 15 minutes to an hour and they certainly don’t ask for a bank statement to do so.

Gambling companies aren’t allowed to accept deposits but then delay repayment citing KYC as an excuse as they should have taken steps from the outset to obtain this information.
