I had a very disappointing experience with 247Bet.
In November 2025 I deposited money using my own debit card and after playing I won approximately £2860. When I requested a withdrawal, the account was suddenly closed and my winnings were confiscated. The casino only returned my original deposits.
During verification I fully cooperated and provided all documents requested, including my bank statements. Instead of reviewing the actual deposit used for gambling, they went back and analysed unrelated transactions from previous months where family members had transferred money to me. These were normal personal transfers and had nothing to do with the deposit I used to play.
Both my wife and I have separate accounts and separate payment methods. However, the casino claimed there were “linked accounts” and used this as the reason to confiscate my winnings.
I have now escalated the dispute to eCOGRA, the ADR provider for this operator, and the UK Gambling Commission has also been informed about the matter.
It is extremely frustrating that the casino allowed deposits and play but only performed this investigation after I won. I strongly advise players to be careful when using this casino as my experience raises serious concerns about how winnings are handled.
I will update this review once the dispute process is complete.
