I have been a member of this gym for a few years. Overall, it’s a solid gym with several positives: Plenty of machines, free weights, and equipment. I rarely wait to use anything I want, and the space is spacious, so I don’t feel cramped. There’s a good variety of equipment well distributed between weights, cardio, and functional training. The staff is friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and tidy, offering great value for money. Any broken equipment is usually repaired quickly. There are plenty of lockers and a large changing room, plus good parking. On the downside, the lighting in the changing rooms is poor. I struggle to see into my gym bag. The showers could be better. The neon lighting in the gym can be overwhelming at times. It seems that after the holiday season, there are several pieces of equipment that need repairs, and I hope this gets addressed soon. Overall, I would recommend this gym. One improvement I’d like to see is a flat bench press machine.
