Before reviewing, one needs a benchmark. While I see several 5-star reviews, this gym doesn’t compare to others nearby. I’ve been a member for the last two years but won’t renew due to several issues. With a reasonable price, I could overlook some concerns, but at the current cost, it’s not worth it. I’ve seen it described as a "spit and sawdust gym," which is accurate—basic and a bit dirty but has what most gym-goers need. If you don’t notice the grime and wear, you might be satisfied. The changing rooms are unacceptable, and I can no longer use them. They’re too dirty, and I’ve experienced female cleaners entering unannounced. The equipment is old but gets repaired quickly when broken. It’s mostly geared towards weight training, but other equipment is typically available and functional. It’s not too busy when I go, which is a plus. The staff is visible, but they haven’t acknowledged me in two years. The building looks rundown and needs some TLC. If it’s local, it’s worth a look, but I find it overpriced for what it is. I’m curious to try a more modern gym that’s cheaper to see the difference. At the right price, I might have accepted the negatives, but I expect more. The parking is good, and I noticed some recent improvements, including a new juice bar. Just a note about the hand sanitizer—it’s amusing how hard it is to wash off!
