Used to be a member of the Norwich Riverside Branch and was promised a refund for my ‘paid in full’ membership after the branch’s closure on November the 15th 2019. Following several automated emails from them, delaying the refund payment date I am still yet to receive any form of refund or contact despite being assured that I would get my money back on the 30th of December 2019. It has been impossible to make contact with any members of their team and only automated emails have been received. Quite frankly as it stands, I believe that have taken my money and ran. A similar situation has occurred with many others from what I can understand. If this has happened to you at the Norwich Gym or any other branches, please get in contact with me and let’s try sort this issue out together. It is not fair, nor is the customer service acceptable and they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it.
