I’ve had a really good experience with stay warm. I needed to replace my old boiler after a service and they swiftly responded and had a new one fitted in less than a week. All the office staff were great, good communication and clear explanations. I even was able to have a back and forth email exchange which was great, rather than waiting on call lines for someone to answer. When they said they would call they did. Really great customer service which feels unusual these days! The on site engineer was great, there was an initial complication with the boiler and he returned the next day to address it. Respectful of my home, clear explanations, polite and helpful. Would def recommend to others.
