Our boiler had been troublesome for a while but when it started leaking we knew it was probably time for a replacement! We had a service contract with 24/7 so called for an engineer who attended the next day. He confirmed what we already knew and made arrangements for the boiler to be replaced. Within four days, the boiler was replaced. 24/7 were able to offer us a good 0% finance option with a low deposit as well as a discount as we had a contract with them and the boiler was beyond repair. The installation engineer, Mr Kennard, did a very good job. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable and we would recommend him. The new boiler is working beautifully - thank you 24/7.
