I have had policy with this company for many years and recently in December my boiler was playing up so I called them out, the first engineer reported a different fault and parts to the second engineer who came to repair the boiler, the second engineer then ordered the correct parts. On visit of the third engineers the boiler was written off as the boiler being taken apart multiple times made the fault worse. They then offered me a new boiler with promise that it would fit in the same location for size, it turned out not to be the case the day the boiler arrived with the installation engineer. The engineer went away and we had to order a different size boiler and brand at a much higher cost due to the misleading information provided by this company. Anyhow the boiler was finally installed on 22nd December 2025 after stressing the fact vulnerable persons is living at the property. I can not fault the install engineer though we are left with other issues now as maybe they needed someone else to help as he was alone engineer, an electric socket that went faulty after the install and a hot water tank running continuously. Repairs are pending to these by this company and I shall update my review in accordance with their service provided to rectify everything and left working again as should be like before they started this whole issue with the boiler to be replaced.
