I played again today and lost once more, with no chance of winning anything. Despite being verified and considered a VIP, I feel let down. It's disappointing to play here and not see any results. Additionally, someone from the support team asked me to delete my reviews on a feedback platform, which I find unacceptable. I will consider removing my comments only if I experience a significant win. Honestly, this has not been a good place to play.
