I ordered 2 electric bicycles to get back and forth to work and they were supposed to be delivered on 02/14/2026 but they were not. I got a notice at 7 AM on 02/14/2026 stating that they were delivered around 4:06 PM that same day. I contacted customer service at the email address given to get a refund. They offered to reship the product but stated that they could not give me the tracking number but keep me updated on the delivery status. On March 30, 2026 after 8 PM they stated that the product should be delivered in 2 to 4 days and now it is a week later and still no packages have showed up. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM BEWARE OF THEIR LIES. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back.
