Purchased a rear hub for a model from 2017, along with twenty spokes for an OEM rim, which did NOT fit (the rim is also 19x2.15 like the OEM, so I don't see the issue). Aside from the poor quality of the brake disc mount, which is very thin and prone to breaking, the color and shipping were satisfactory. Customer service was quick to respond but claimed it was my mistake, stating I couldn't return it due to potential scratches. (This is surprising, as the packaging was inadequate and lacked insulation, causing the spacers to hit during shipping... I do NOT recommend this for cross/enduro use. Only suitable for street bikes IF you buy the entire wheel set, as parts are not available separately.)
