I have waited 3 months to get only half of my family’s primary couch. Beyond frustrated. At this point, I don’t even want the rest of the couch and my chair anymore. Fed up with being lied to about shipping. Maybe by Christmas they will send the rest of our couch 🤷🏻♀️ Unimpressed with the quality of the half couch we received. Replaced a mid grade Ashley furniture couch that was far superior. Talked to customer service today on the phone about receiving only half the order when shipment notification indicated the entire order was coming. They say the rest is a separate shipment and they will “email me” regarding the status of that. We will see, I guess. Getting this furniture has been a nightmare for a generally easy to please family. Save yourself the hassle and get furniture elsewhere.
