Awful customer service! Last year (2025) I deferred my place in the Tollymore Half Marathon, I received an email saying that my credit will be sent to my online wallet and to contact them for any further information. In February 2026 I saw an upcoming race I wanted to use my credit to book, having not received the credit in my wallet yet I emailed them. I have since emailed, opened multiple support tickets and spoken repeatedly to the ai assistant on the website and have had no reply to any of my messages. It has now been weeks, the race has sold out and I am still waiting for a reply and for my credit. At this point I don’t hold any hope that I will ever get my credit so that’s £60 I won’t get back. Please do not book with this company
