I bought the wrong item and immediately I email customer service and said my code wasn't working and they replied you bought the wrong program. But, on my invoice it said GO, I've asked multiple times for a refund and 5 email no.. declined ... How, WHY,??? No one can answer that question. I just wanted the GO version and could someone swap it for the GO and not the converter and again declined. Never did i use that code for the converter too Poor customer service
