My instructor was fantastic and very supportive. His calm professionalism helped me feel at ease, and he allowed me to learn from my mistakes. I would give him 5 stars. However, the administrative aspects, such as booking and communication regarding my lessons, could have been improved, as it sometimes felt uncertain, and there was some misinformation in the terms and conditions.
