Placed an order for about more then €250,- The package was just dumped at the door of our house in a verry bad shape, a lot of items missing. I contacted the company. They started a claim at the courier. The result of that claim is hilarious. The courier said that I helped carrying the order… I helped carrying a box of what 200gr?? Because of the courier declared something completely false, the company does nothing. This is called the best customer service ever. We are more then a month after the alleged delivery, still no solition. I did sent the cctv footage from out house the company to prove that the delivery guy just dumped the package at our house and that I did not helped cargying. Waiting to dee what they respond…
