I've order a trouser which was to small. So I sent it back.The rules for returning are, that I have to pay for the return (3,95 EURO), which is ok. Afterwards I've received a cash-back which was minus 8,90 EURO without any comment.I've then asked the customer-support for explanation, but didn't get any answer nor money since then.Very disappointing!!!
