Customer service is great! Laisa the advisor that spoke to me over the phone is amazing. She explained to me what is going to happen and what to expect. I am putting my trust and hopes that I can get this fixed asap. These lingering things on my credit score has been the main reason why I am not getting approved on anything. Hoping they can really help me.. we’ll see what happens 3 months from now, i’ll make a review again
