I just had my welcome call from Charlotte and I have to say that my inner most wonders as far as being with the right team has been put to bed. Between her with my welcome call and Estaban with my onboarding, I just know I am in the right place and I’ve made the right decision. Both have great communication and customer service is crazy evident. One of the things I must mention and I personally like the most is the correspondence and layout of where they are and what I can come to expect concerning my credit journey. So far 5 stars are not nearly enough and I’ve just gotten started with them. Love my experience so far ☺️☺️
