I looked thru the reviews (18) and see a ton of 5 Star reviews. I am surprised because I don't have that experience at all. On Jan 2021 I decided to use 360 Ghost Writing to publish my book,, Tales of a Street Bull. Prior to that decision I received an email from "Sheldon". That email outlined what 360 could do and the various packages they offered. I decided to purchase the Elite Package for 2 reasons: 1) It was on sale from the $10,000 cost to $5,000 and in the Elite Package it stated if they did not live up to their promises, they would refund what I have spent. One of the many promises made in that email was they "guarantied 350% - 400% return on investment within 1 year". I questioned Sheldon on that statement and he assured me it was true. I spent in the year (2021) over $14,000 which, by that statement, should have garnered between $49,000 to $56,000, As of the date of this review I have made $283; a far cry from what they promised. Once the year was over, I have asked, via email and telephone, to return my $14,000. Their answer: all I hear is crickets. They were supposed to edit the book, they never did and it went out on to Amazon with a ton of errors. They were supposed to design the cover; they did not because I did it. They are shoddy, at best. Anyone who uses 360 is a fool. They tell you the Elite package is all encompassing and there are no other fees; that was a lie. They nickel and dime you to death. They have made, what was a memoir of my time as a police officer, a living nightmare.Sol here is their new ploy, or at least to me it is new. A little over a week ago (06/10/2020) I get a call from 360 Ghost Writing, a guy who identifies himself as Mason -- had not heard of him before. He states that he wants to follow up on my situation. I told him I was interviewing attorneys as I was considering filing a suit against 360. He acted as if he was surprised. He further stated he wanted to resolve the issue between 360 and me. I told him to do as was promised by Sheldon or at least make a reasonable offer. He stated he would address it and would get back to me "within 24-48 hours. After 72 hours I called him several times since that date with no answer. Each call from me, I left a message. On the 16th I got a text from Mason which stated "Sir please allow me a day. I am not in office being a high diabetic patient reply you from hospital bed. Monday (06/20) I will resume office and get back to you" No call on Monday and no answer today (06/21/2022). Just still more of the BS run-around I have read in other postings. If I get more information I will post again. Whatever you do DO NOT USE THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING!! If you do, you can't say I didn't warn you.Today is June 28th. 2022: As of this date I have heard nothing from "Mason" despite my phone calls to him. Each time I have left messages for him to call me but all I get is crickets. It appears to me that 360 must have an employee required class of "How to sound like you are interested in the client when you really don't give a damn"I am officially done and will not be posting anymore about 360 -- if you decide to use them, I wish you good luck. I have been asked by 360 Ghost Writers to submit my "order number" so they can look into the matter". Hey GHW -- you already have that information and this is just another example of you guys placing the burden on the customer instead of doing the right thing by the customer. You have opened this can of worms as I have stated repeatedly all you have to do is refund the $14,000+ I wasted on you guys. I still have the email where you assured and promised me I would get from 450% to 500% ROI --- Still waiting.I'll do you one better, return my $14,000 and I will take this review down. By the way, I keep my promises.
